What is the Saint-Petersburg.Com Guest Card?
The Saint-Petersburg.Com Guest Card, issued by the STN Company and mostly intended for individual tourists, look like ordinary credit cards and offers our guests, who spend their holiday in the Northern Venice, different discounts on accommodation, visa services, dining out and shopping.
Who can buy the Guest Card?
If not received for free, this card can be purchased by all guests who have checked in one of our apartments in St.Petersburg as well as by any other visitor of St.Petersburg.
How big are the discounts?
As it was already mentioned, in participating restaurants you will receive a standard 20% discount on your bill (up to 6 guests), from 20% to 30% discount in souvenir shops, 10% discount on accommodation, plus free visa support documents and registration for 20 euro instead of 30 euro. Isn't it a bargain?
How do I get the Guest Card?
There are 2 ways to get it. You may either purchase the Guest card for 17, 25,40 euro and all you need to do in this case is to fill in the application questionnaire. We will leave the card at your hotel or any other place you indicate for the Card to be picked-up upon arrival in St. Petersburg. Please, note that the "paid for" cards supply you with the basic list of discounts - that is in restaurants and souvenir shops. Or, if you rent any of our apartments for longer then a week, you get the Guest Card absolutely for free on the arrival day and use all the possible discounts.
How much does the Guest Card cost?
If you are using our company's services, you can obtain your Guest Card free of charge. If you don't use any of our services, you simply buy it for 17,25, 40 Euro.
How do I know which restaurants accept the card?
First all, there is a list of restaurants on this website, which is regularly updated and you will always receive the current information about the participating restaurants. Secondly, when you get en envelope with a Guest Card, you will find a list of restaurants and souvenir shops inside it as well. Thirdly, on the door or at the cash register of participating restaurants or stores, there is Saint-Petersburg.Com Guest Card logotype. And besides, you may always ask a waiter or a shop assistant whether they accept the Card or not.
What is the expiry date of the Card?
Validity of a purchased Guest Card is 3, 6 or 12 month, while of the presented Guest Card - 12 month.
Can I lend my Saint-Petersburg.Com Guest Card to a friend?
If the card has your name listed, then the card can only be used by you.
What is the procedure of getting a discount with the card at a participating restaurant or a shop?
While making an order and prior to the bill being presented, show the waiter/waitress/shop assistant your Guest Card and get a discount.
