On the departure date, the Card balance is 3 000 rubles. • Planning his next trip to Saint-Petersburg, the guest books one of the STN apartments for 2 nights. He wishes to use his Frequent Guest Card and to spend the saved amount (3 000 rubles) for accommodation in this flat. • The chosen apartment costs 4 000 rubles per night, so the guest should have paid 8 000 rubles for the whole period of stay, but since he is geared to use his Frequent Guest Card with the 3 000 rubles’ balance, he will pay only 5 000 rubles cash upon arrival. • As soon as the guest checks in, presents his Frequent Guest Card to reception and pays 5 000 rubles for accommodation, his Frequent Guest Card is charged for 3 000 rubles. The Enrollment Forms are available only at STN properties, at any Acme hotel reception desk and at the STN Company office.
