As a Frequent Guest member you will enjoy great benefits and numerous discounts for accommodation in participating hotels&apartments as well as slashed prices for additional services. To take advantage of all Frequent Guest Card privileges, please read this page carefully to learn the terms and conditions of the Frequent Guest Reward Program.

Frequent Guests

•    Minimum age for membership in the STN guest reward programme is 18 years.

•    If you're not a member, fill in the Enrollment form using the personal data and join our Frequent Guest Programme.

•    Such personal data (holder’s name, passport data, card holder’s email and contact information) as well as date of Card issue, the STN managers’ contacts and Frequent Guest Card number will only be processed and stored for the STN Company needs.

•    Frequent Guest Cards are transferable from one guest to another or to any third party and may be used not only for the benefit of the card holder and his or her immediate family (spouse and children), but for his\her friends and relatives.

Frequent Guest Card

•    Programme is valid until further notice.

•    Lost, stolen, or damaged cards must be reported to the STN Company. A fee of 300 rubles will be charged for the replacement card.

Privileges and discounts

•    Every time you use your Frequent Guest Card, you add value to your budget, because 10% of the applicable accommodation rate is paid directly back onto your card within 24 hours after check in date. Next time you come to Saint-Petersburg and stay at any of STN Company properties, you are welcome to pay up to 50% of the applicable accommodation rate by means of your Frequent Guest Card.

•    1 Frequent Guest Card = 1 booking = 1 room!

•    The list of Cardholder’s privileges and discounts is published on the website.  The STN Company has the right to add, adjust, delete or change the preferential terms with or without notice.

•    Next time you stay at any of the STN properties your card is activated and you are welcome to get all the Cardholder’s privileges and discounts for the mentioned top-quality services. It’s remarkable, that not only the card holder, but also his\her relatives (up to 5 people) staying in the same flat\hotel room, can enjoy Frequent Guest Card benefits!

•    Except Membership card is not combinable with other preferential programs and contracted rates. where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Frequent Guest points, savings, discounts and bonuses have no cash value.

Frequent Guest Card Programme

•    The Frequent Guest programme is valid only at participating properties: STN apartments, Acme mini-hotels and apart-hotel Nevsky, 78.

•    Terms and Conditions of the Frequent Guest Card Programme are placed at your disposal on the website and might be altered at any time at the STN Company own discretion.

•    The Frequent Guest programme is valid only if a guests books a room \ apartment directly at the STN company office, at Acme hotel reception or by means of STN or Acme hotel corporate websites.

•    The Frequent Guest – is a free of charge guest reward programme. Benefits listed herein are only applicable to individual frequent guests.

STN Company rights&obligations

•    The STN Company reserves the right to change any Frequent Guest rules at any time at our own discretion.

•    Frequent Guest Card is issued and owned by the STN Company. Misuse of the card can result in its cancellation by STN Company sole discretion.

•    All interpretations of this Program Terms and Conditions shall be the sole discretion of the STN Company.
